Job Description
Under the direction of a store manager, work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment accomplishing the following responsibilities:
- Learn, understand, and implement STA's philosophy, policies, and procedures
- Drive sales forward
- Maintain exemplary customer service
- Process daily consignment that conforms to STA's criteria
- Maintain an internal and external environment that is in tune with the atmosphere of the store
- Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise
- Perform all POS operations
- Present fashionable and proper display of merchandise
- Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to move or lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs
