Second Time Around Names New President and CEO
Second Time Around (STA), a leading upscale consignment retailer of high-end apparel, accessories, and footwear, announced the appointment of Kristin Kohler Burrows as president and CEO by its Board of Directors. As CEO, Burrows will oversee store operations, ecommerce development, merchandising, marketing, sales, finance, real estate site development, and human resources for the Boston-based designer consignment shop. Her top priority is to drive growth through accelerating new store expansion, building out ecommerce capabilities, and creating a differentiated brand platform.

With over 20 years of experience in the consumer product industry, Burrows has consistently and successfully unlocked brand value to deliver business results, launching disruptive product initiatives and focusing on ecommerce and digital platforms. Before joining STA, she was president at G.H. Bass & Co., where she developed a five year plan to reposition the brand from "outlet only" to multi-channel in order to achieve long-term material and sustainable growth. She has led organizations across the fashion and athletic industries such as Keds, Fila, and Converse through turnarounds, transitions, and revitalizations.

Burrows earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in marketing communications from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Vermont.
