Hunting for affordable high
fashion is no longer a hunt in the Chicago area with Second Time Around (STA)
opening its doors on Southport Ave. With
brands ranging from DVF and Marc Jacobs to Free People and Patterson J. Kincaid,
the consignment powerhouse aims to bring high style without the high price tag.
Second Time Around was
established outside of Boston, Massachusetts in 1973. The company celebrates
its 40th anniversary this year with 41 stores in 12 states. The Southport Ave store joins two other
Chicago based locations - Wicker Park and Armitage St. - making it the third
location in Illinois.

Around meets the lifestyle and fashion needs of the young professionals who see

consign items at the Southport store, clients can call the location at 773-698-8152 to schedule an appointment. Items are priced at 65%-70% off their
original retail value and are placed on sale for a 90-day period, wherein
consignors receive 40% of the final selling price.
